Description

Lead the Scrum process for a data-focused dashboard project, defining workflows from scratch and facilitating delivery for divisional leaders.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and establish the Scrum process from scratch, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Write detailed technical user stories for the development team.
• Facilitate the creation of an "Outcomes that Matter" dashboard using MicroStrategy.
• Coordinate delivery for divisional leaders and executives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proven experience leading Scrum processes from scratch.
• Direct experience working on data-centric projects.
• Strong ability to write technical user stories.
• Experience working with MicroStrategy tools.
• Ability to work on EST hours.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
