Description

Lead agile delivery across teams using Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Own the coaching and facilitation of agile frameworks to improve delivery flow.

Responsibilities

• Apply the Scrum Framework and Kanban Method across multiple teams.
• Act as a Scrum Master and Kanban Coach within the organization.
• Facilitate agile processes to optimize delivery flow and remove impediments.
• Coach teams and the organization on effective agile practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience applying Scrum and Kanban.
• 6+ years of experience specifically in Scrum Master or Kanban Coach roles.
• Deep practical knowledge of the Kanban Method.
• Proven experience coaching organizations on agile frameworks.
• Scrum.org PSM or Scrum Alliance CSM certification.
• Lean Kanban University TKP certification.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
