Lead the formation and management of a Scrum Team to support internal client-facing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a Scrum Team focused on internal client-facing support.
• Lead customers and third-party partners toward solutions based on established best practices.
• Apply an agile mindset to solve complex problems and navigate various situational needs.
• Communicate technical and procedural requirements clearly to all stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience building and managing Scrum Teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to lead third-party partners and customers through complex situations.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Certification.
• Experience working within the financial services industry.
