Description

Lead Agile software delivery initiatives for enterprise application portfolios and multi-platform technology environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments for multiple development teams.
• Coordinate delivery across cross-functional groups including Product Owners, Architects, QA, and Operations.
• Manage concurrent initiatives, dependencies, releases, and stakeholder communications.
• Support product-centric delivery organizations and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years leading Agile software delivery in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years as Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Technical Project Manager.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master) required.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and digital products.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with Business Analysts and Developers.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced Agile certifications.
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
