Description

You will lead a team of QA engineers while driving the development and execution of comprehensive test strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts to identify edge cases and potential scenarios.
• Maintain and update C# testing frameworks and perform API testing and debugging.
• Manage test pipelines using YAML files and utilize Azure services for debugging and monitoring.
• Estimate testing efforts, allocate resources, and oversee test execution progress.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Proficiency in C# for debugging test cases and updating frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and integration.
• Strong knowledge of Test Automation tools and frameworks.
• Experience working with YAML files for test pipelines.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate with Project Managers and Product Owners.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a Technical Test Lead.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems and cloud platforms.
• Experience with Telecom connectivity use cases, IoT platforms, or end-to-end order management systems.
