You will lead automation strategy and technical execution across multiple platforms and architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts and analyze results to ensure quality standards.
• Build and implement automated testing capabilities and customized testing tools as required.
• Lead the direction of automation efforts, including scheduling, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination.
• Mentor team members and provide high-level technical consulting to stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Collaborate with product design and development teams to guarantee test coverage meets end-user requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the Financial Domain.
• 5+ years of experience in Asset Servicing.
• 3+ years of experience in Custody Accounting and/or BackOffice.
• Expertise in designing automated test scripts and validations for ETL/ELT solutions and parallel processing pipelines.
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, and VB Script.
• Hands-on experience building automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, and UFT.
• Strong analytical skills for understanding complex business logic and calculations.
• Experience working in distributed Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate.
• Experience with 1+ year tenure in previous roles.
