Description

Lead the quality engineering team to ensure software meets business, security, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a quality team of SDETs and Test Analysts, sharing best practices to improve deliverables.
• Design and develop scalable automation for systems, integrations, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Coordinate with business and development teams during requirements review, design, and architectural discussions.
• Identify and monitor project testing risks and issues throughout the development lifecycle.
• Develop automation code, test plans, and test cases while reviewing documentation from other team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software testing and quality engineering.
• Strong experience in API testing using SOAP and RESTful protocols.
• Expertise in Unit, Functional, and Integration testing.
• Experience testing microservices, databases, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency with testing protocols including HTTPS, HTTP, and RPC.
• Experience with performance testing using JMeter.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, or Appium.
• Experience testing products deployed in Azure cloud environments using Azure DevOps.
• Ability to work within a disciplined agile environment and cross-functional teams.
