• 12+ years of experience in SDET roles.
• Deep expertise in SDET methodologies and practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
• Proven track record of leading technical direction for quality engineering.
• Strong ability to oversee quality processes for complex software systems.
• Experience with SDET tools and frameworks.
