Description

You will lead quality assurance efforts and define the technical testing strategy for software applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full QA/test lifecycle, including SIT, UAT, and functional testing.
• Develop and maintain automated software test cases.
• Lead a technical team through complex testing phases and domain-specific requirements.
• Oversee testing execution across multiple platforms and environments.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of relevant professional experience in software testing.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in a team leadership role.
• Expertise in automating test cases using Selenium.
• Hands-on experience with Cucumber.
• Proficiency with Mobile Test Frameworks.
• Ability to manage SIT, UAT, and functional testing workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
