Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated testing frameworks and tools from scratch.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain extensible test automation frameworks and specialized testing tools.
• Own the development of high-quality backend, API, and WebUI automation tests.
• Analyze software internals to debug issues and write automated tests at both the user and code level.
• Mentor the test automation team and provide technical solutions for complex queries.
• Implement and maintain Continuous Integration solutions and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in test automation and software testing.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java, C#, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with API automation using Karate, Rest Assured, or Cucumber.
• Experience with WebUI and API tools including Selenium, Postman, SOAP UI, JMeter, or Fiddle.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and source control such as GIT or SVN.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
• Experience with XML, JSON, and BDD methodologies.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and defect management tools like JIRA or Zephyr.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python and DevOps process methodologies.
• Background in performance, security, or vulnerability testing.
• Knowledge of API management tools and A/B testing concepts.
