Lead automation strategy and quality engineering efforts across the global application portfolio.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using BDD, TDD, or hybrid approaches.
• Design scalable automation solutions, test plans, deployment artifacts, and application monitoring procedures.
• Oversee the design and implementation of continuous integration platforms focused on testing frameworks.
• Supervise QA teams, providing guidance on coding practices and automation strategies.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on resource allocation, project schedules, and software deployment validation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software quality engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java.
• Extensive experience with Selenium.
• Proven ability to write and maintain efficient, reusable automated test cases.
• Experience managing incident resolution and setting quality standards for product delivery.
• Ability to develop a big-picture view of how automation impacts cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Mobile Testing using Appium.
