Description

You will provide advanced security analysis to manage the design, implementation, and monitoring of security for computer platforms and systems, including network servers, storage, backups, and application architectures.

Responsibilities

• Research vendor offerings and conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Coordinate with technical teams to implement new technologies and remediate security issues.
• Monitor asset inventory, installed agents, device status, and content filter dashboards.
• Review vulnerability dashboards to assess the organizational impact of the threat landscape.
• Process incident response queues, investigate SIEM logs, and monitor data inventories for policy violations.
• Manage endpoint firewall operations and adjust configurations as necessary.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in an IT professional domain.
• 5+ years of dedicated IT Security experience.
• 4+ years in project leadership roles.
• 4+ years evaluating and implementing third-party vendor security offerings.
• Experience with risk analysis, control planning, policy development, and compliance monitoring.
• Must be a current Wisconsin resident.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP or equivalent certification with 1+ year of experience.
