Description

You will design, develop, and secure machine learning platforms and AI workflows across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of ML models and platforms.
• Implement cybersecurity controls to safeguard AI workflows and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Build and maintain scalable cloud-native applications and robust APIs for model integration.
• Troubleshoot complex technical problems and execute creative security solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on model experimentation and solution integration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of applied experience in data science, AI, and cybersecurity.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Expertise in cybersecurity principles and secure coding practices.
• Proficiency with AWS, including experience with Azure or Google Cloud.
• Experience managing containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with core ML concepts: deep learning, NLP, GenAI, and RAG.
• Experience with model validation and data privacy implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or multi-modal AI integration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
