Lead software quality efforts through automated testing and manual verification in Chandler, AZ.

You will own the release quality and test strategy for the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and SpecFlow.
• Perform manual and exploratory testing to ensure software quality.
• Identify, track, and document defects while collaborating with developers on resolutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and team meetings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA automation or testing roles.
• Proficiency with Selenium.
• Experience with SpecFlow.
• Strong knowledge of .NET and C#.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies and testing processes.
• Practical experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
