Own the end-to-end business intelligence lifecycle, from gathering requirements to delivering actionable data insights and dashboards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Solicit business requests, define project charters, and align stakeholders on deliverables.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and interpret data from databases.
• Develop high-quality dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and DAX.
• Translate complex data into compelling business stories and recommendations for cross-functional teams.
• Mentor team members and partner with business stakeholders to deliver customer-centric analytics solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Strong expertise in SQL, Power BI, and DAX.
• Proven experience in Business Analysis and Stakeholder Management.
• Ability to bring analytics best practices into collaborative environments.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and delivering data-driven solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with DBT, Power Automate, and Snowflake.
• 3-9 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Business Analysis.
• Ability to contribute both independently and collaboratively.
