You will lead a team of nine developers across on-shore and offshore locations, driving development with an 80% focus on ReactJS and 20% on Java.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of nine developers across on-shore and offshore locations.
• Architect and maintain front-end components and back-end integrations.
• Drive technical delivery and enforce code quality standards for the engineering team.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs using ReactJS and Java.
• Implement server-side logic using NodeJS where required.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 6+ years of professional ReactJS experience.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership role.
• Strong proficiency with Java.
• Hands-on experience with NodeJS.
• Deep understanding of REST API implementation and integration.
