You will lead SEO strategy and team execution to drive organic growth and search visibility.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic rankings and traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify content and optimization opportunities.
• Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities including site audits and backlinking.
• Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists on optimization and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and web development teams to implement best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an SEO Manager or SEO Lead role.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
• Experience managing SEO campaigns and presenting detailed proposals to clients.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
