Lead application support and maintenance for the ServiceNow platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ServiceNow platform architecture operations.
• Implement and utilize JavaScript and REST APIs for application functionality.
• Support IT Service Management (ITSM) processes within ServiceNow.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and support audit activities.

Required Skills

• Minimum 12+ years in IT management with a focus on IT Applications operations.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript.
• Proficiency with REST APIs.
• Mandatory ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Proven experience with IT general controls and compliance.
• Experience supporting IT audit activities.
