You will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including new applications, modules, and integrations.
Responsibilities
Own the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
Set governance standards for the ServiceNow instance, focusing on configuration vs. customization, update set migrations, environment cloning, and data management.
Lead all platform upgrade projects to enable new features while maintaining operational stability.
Define coding standards and integration best practices for the platform.
Review all platform changes at both the design and code levels to ensure compliance with development standards.
Required Skills
4+ years of direct experience with ServiceNow.
8+ years of experience implementing ITSM/ITIL processes using ServiceNow, HP, BMC, or CA.
10+ years of professional services or consulting experience.
4+ years of experience documenting tool requirements and conducting vendor product comparisons.
ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation Certificate.
Strong expertise in documenting 'To-Be' processes and tool requirements.
Proven ability to manage user groups, permissions, and data management within the platform.
