Description

You will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including new applications, modules, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
• Set governance standards for the ServiceNow instance, focusing on configuration versus customization, update set migrations, environment cloning, and data management.
• Lead all platform upgrade projects to enable new features while maintaining operational stability.
• Define coding standards and integration best practices for the platform.
• Review all platform changes at both the design and code levels to ensure compliance with development standards.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of direct experience with ServiceNow.
• 8+ years of experience implementing ITSM/ITIL processes using ServiceNow, HP, BMC, or CA.
• 10+ years of professional services or consulting experience.
• 4+ years of experience documenting tool requirements and conducting vendor product comparisons.
• ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation Certificate.
• Strong expertise in documenting 'To-Be' processes and tool requirements.
• Proven ability to manage user groups, permissions, and data management within the platform.
