Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve ServiceNow architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with ITSM and ITOM strategies.
• Lead technical design sessions, produce architecture artifacts, and review solution designs for complex integrations.
• Oversee development standards, governance, and deployment practices across the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and roadmaps.
• Mentor engineers and architects, provide technical direction, and ensure delivery quality across engagements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience architecting and leading ServiceNow implementations with deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules.
• Strong background in ITSM and ITOM/TSOM concepts and practical implementations.
• Experience with integrations, scripting, design patterns, and platform governance.
• Excellent communication skills with experience working across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications or equivalent hands-on experience preferred (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Architect or related)
