Description

You will lead the configuration and implementation of ServiceNow ITAM modules, focusing on Hardware and Software Asset Management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement ServiceNow HAM and SAM modules to manage the end-to-end asset lifecycle.
• Integrate ITAM with enterprise IT systems to ensure seamless data visibility.
• Design and develop workflows, automation routines, and custom scripts to optimize asset operations.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Troubleshoot module-related issues and maintain technical documentation for all configurations.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITAM, specifically HAM and SAM.
• Proven track record of configuring, deploying, and optimizing ServiceNow HAM and SAM modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and PowerShell scripting for automation and customization.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party enterprise systems.
• Deep understanding of IT Asset Management processes and frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills for resolving complex technical ITAM challenges.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• CIS-ITAM or HAM/SAM certification.
