Description

You will lead CMDB health, application/service mapping, and platform improvements for a critical engagement.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement CMDB Health Dashboards and CMDB 360 Map for approximately 600 Services & Applications.
• Drive platform improvements across ITOM, ITSM, PPM, and Service Catalog.
• Lead CMDB meetings and manage project milestones.
• Support integrations with third-party APIs.
• Provide daily support and training for CI Analysts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of ServiceNow development and CMDB expertise.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and PPM workflows.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer).
• Experience integrating multiple data sources via APIs.
• Experience leading ServiceNow implementations.
• Expertise in ITOM, ITSM, PPM, and Service Catalog.
• Must be local to Clark County, NV and meet onsite work requirements.
