Description

You will lead the architecture and implementation of ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) solutions to optimize field service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect ServiceNow FSM solutions, including technical specifications, workflows, and resource allocation logic.
• Configure and manage Dispatch Console, Work Order Management, Asset & Inventory Management, and Mobile App setups.
• Implement and customize solutions using JavaScript, AngularJS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Integrate FSM with enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, and IoT platforms.
• Optimize system performance, resolve bottlenecks, and enforce best practices for data model design and security.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of ServiceNow development experience with a primary focus on FSM.
• 8+ years of experience with FSM, ITSM, CSM, and Asset Management modules.
• Expertise in JavaScript, AngularJS, REST, and SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Hands-on experience with Dispatch Console, Mobile App for FSM, and Work Order Management.
• Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with ERP, CRM, and IoT platforms.
• Deep understanding of field service workflows, technician scheduling, and inventory management.
• Experience leading ServiceNow projects within Agile development environments.
• CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – FSM.
• Experience with IoT integrations for predictive maintenance and asset monitoring.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Performance Analytics.
