Description

Lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. You will own CMDB integrity, design integrations via ServiceNow Integration Hub, and align platform capabilities with ITIL frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
• Manage and optimize CMDB structures and ensure data integrity.
• Design and deploy integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub.
• Align platform capabilities with ITIL frameworks and industry best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Deep expertise in CMDB management and data integrity.
• Strong proficiency in ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Experience implementing ITBM solutions.
• Technical knowledge of Service Portal development.
• Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes.
