Description

You will lead the technical planning, requirements gathering, and end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow solutions. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning, estimation, development, testing, and project management phases for ServiceNow implementations.
• Architect and deliver ServiceNow solutions while serving as a technical mentor to the team.
• Manage continual service improvement and provide technical leadership across the platform.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to technical staff and high-level decision makers.
• Author and present technical documentation for various stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementations, specifically in ITOM, CMDB, and ITSM.
• Hands-on experience configuring ITOM Discovery (on-premise and Cloud) and Service Mapping.
• Strong understanding of CMDB and CSDM frameworks.
• Experience with Event Management and integrating monitoring tools on the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and the Glide API.
• Experience integrating external systems using REST and SOA.
• Solid foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Working knowledge of the ITIL framework and Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of networking and cloud concepts.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or CIS-ITOM/Service Mapping/Event Management certifications.
• Client-facing or consulting experience.
