Description

You will lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions and architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow modules and complex workflows.
• Develop custom solutions using JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external applications and cloud environments via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Align platform development with ITIL framework and IT Service Management processes.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience specifically in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript.
• Proficiency with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting.
• Practical experience with the ITIL framework and ITSM processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
