Description

You will lead technical planning, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow solutions. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning, estimation, development, testing, and project management phases.
• Architect and deliver ServiceNow solutions while mentoring team members.
• Drive continual improvement of services and provide technical leadership during development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to decision makers.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on experience with multiple APM (Enterprise Architecture) implementations.
• Configuration of ITOM Discovery (on-premises and Cloud) and Service Mapping.
• Proficiency with Glide API and JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience integrating external systems using REST and SOAP.
• Solid understanding of CMDB and CSDM frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Networking, and Cloud concepts.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability in client-facing or consulting roles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ITSM and SPM (formerly ITBM).
• ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CIS-APM, CIS-ITOM Discovery, or CIS-Service Mapping.
