Description

You will lead the configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules as the Technical Lead and Administrator.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules across end-to-end projects.
• Design and implement automated workflows, ticketing systems, dashboards, and reports.
• Manage CMDB, ITIL/ITSM processes, and integrations with internal and external systems.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices to ensure quality across all deliverables.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years leading ServiceNow implementation projects.
• Deep hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, customization, and administration.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, and Change Management practices.
• Proficiency with LDAP, AD, SSO, Web Services, REST/SOAP, Azure AD, and Service Graph Connectors.
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and SQL.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Implementation Certification are mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with remote and cross-functional teams.
