Description

You will lead ServiceNow development efforts, focusing on ITSM, platform scripting, and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITSM solutions using advanced JavaScript and REST APIs.
• Manage and configure Mid Servers to support platform integration and connectivity.
• Implement and maintain CMDB and CSDM frameworks to ensure data integrity.
• Support Asset Discovery and HR Service Desk modules within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for platform-level scripting.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM and REST API integrations.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Background in SPM (Service Portfolio Management).
• Working knowledge of CMDB and CSDM structures.
• Experience with Mid Servers.
• Competency in Oracle or SQL databases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Apigee API management.
• Knowledge of Java scripting and Asset Discovery.
