Lead a development team focused on ServiceNow implementations, platform management, and agile workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage a development team through agile workflows and drive technical execution.
• Lead ServiceNow development across ITSM, Asset Discovery, and HR Service Desk modules.
• Implement and maintain CSDM, CMDB, and SPM frameworks to ensure platform integrity.
• Oversee Mid Server configurations and integration processes with external systems.
• Develop custom solutions using JavaScript and REST APIs.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Proven experience in a lead role managing technical teams.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, Asset Discovery, CSDM, and CMDB.
• Hands-on experience with HR Service Desk and SPM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and REST API integrations.
• Experience with Apigee and Mid Servers.
• Knowledge of Oracle/SQL and ITIL processes.
• Ability to work within an Agile environment.
