Description

You will lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow modules, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, and Service Portals. You will design, build, and deploy custom applications and integrations while adhering to established development practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure core ServiceNow functionality, including business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, and script includes.
• Build and deploy custom applications, flows, and solutions using Flow Designer and UI Builder.
• Design and implement web service integrations using REST and SOAP to connect ServiceNow with data source systems.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and deliver value-aligned outcomes under architectural oversight.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of ServiceNow application development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML5, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and UI Builder.
• Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and Service Portal implementations.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web service integrations.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
