Description

Lead development and implementation of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and Service Portals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure core ServiceNow functionality, including business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, and script includes.
• Build and deploy custom applications, flows, and solutions using Flow Designer and UI Builder.
• Design and implement web service integrations using REST and SOAP to connect ServiceNow with external data sources.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver value-aligned outcomes in Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of ServiceNow application development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML5, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and UI Builder.
• Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and Service Portal implementations.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web service integrations.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Experience working under architectural oversight.
