Description

You will lead technical development and integration efforts across the ServiceNow platform, owning application maintenance and complex problem-solving within the ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external applications using API web services.
• Apply ITIL principles to platform workflows and processes.
• Solve complex technical problems within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow API web services.
• Experience with SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, and HR modules.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a relevant technical field.
