Description

You will direct the ServiceNow roadmap, architecture, administration, and development teams to support enterprise-scale IT service management.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and build ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, and automations to support business requirements.
• Configure the platform to enhance functionality and maintain CMDB accuracy through integrations with monitoring, automation, and asset tools.
• Own the relationship with ServiceNow and MSP/SI partners, managing contracts, license compliance, and renewals.
• Serve as process owner for Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Asset, Risk, Release, and Knowledge management.
• Chair weekly Incident and Change review meetings to ensure SLA compliance and RCA outcomes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT Service Management.
• 3+ years of experience leading ServiceNow teams.
• Deep ITIL v4 expertise.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB.
• Proficiency in workflow and catalog item creation.
• Experience with scripting and automation.
• Data visualization experience using Power BI or Fabric.
• Knowledge of generative AI applications within service management.
• Proven track record running Incident and Change management at enterprise scale.
