Lead ServiceNow Developer

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow application features and platform technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, configure, and unit test software deliverables following established standards.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers on coding standards, processes, and tooling for sprint delivery.
• Ensure all solutions are secure, scalable, and comply with defined best practices.
• Manage application quality through manual testing, automated testing, and continuous integration techniques.
• Coordinate the implementation of new product releases and evaluate technical impacts.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of ServiceNow application development experience building workflows and integrations.
• Strong JavaScript development experience.
• Hands-on experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• ServiceNow certification: CSA (Certified Systems Administrator), CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist), or CAD (Certified Application Developer).
• Experience in software engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to communicate progress and impediments daily within an Agile team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow GRC and risk applications.
• Experience with Node.js.
