Description

Lead technical development and requirement gathering for ServiceNow implementations. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional designs.
• Lead hands-on development within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements through direct conversation.
• Manage development tasks within an Agile framework.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Deep expertise in the WSG/WSD module or corporate properties.
• Experience with IRM (Integrated Risk Management).
• Proficiency working in Agile environments.
• Strong communication skills for requirement gathering and technical discussions.
• Proven ability to lead technical development cycles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing complex corporate property configurations.
