Description

Lead the development, installation, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow applications for clients.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications using service-oriented architecture.
• Consult with clients on service-oriented architecture best practices and implementation.
• Perform application installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Apply web technologies including JavaScript, ES5+, and HTML in development.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of specialty software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow application development, installation, or troubleshooting.
• 5+ years of experience with service-oriented architecture methods.
• Experience consulting clients on technical topics.
• 1+ years of experience with JavaScript, ES5+, and HTML.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
• ServiceNow Application Developer certification.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
