Lead complex engineering initiatives and large-scale planning within the ServiceNow ecosystem, resolving multi-faceted challenges and consulting directly with client personnel to meet deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engineering initiatives and large-scale planning within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact, analyzing long-term engineering challenges.
• Resolve complex situations by applying deep understanding of functional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate and consult directly with client personnel to ensure project deliverables are met.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of specialty software engineering experience.
• ServiceNow development expertise.
• ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM).
• ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
• ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• ServiceNow Workspace implementation.
• ServiceNow Portal and Workflow development.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications including CSSA, CAS, or CAD.
