Description

You will lead the development and maintenance of ServiceNow portals and integrations in a remote, 24x7 support capacity.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop the ServiceNow Service Portal and Employee Center to improve user experience.
• Implement responsive interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Develop and manage integrations using REST and SOAP APIs for third-party data exchange.
• Optimize AI Search, Now Mobile, and knowledge management tools.
• Provide 24x7 troubleshooting and incident resolution for portal-related issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Portal and Employee Center configuration.
• Strong hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for UI development.
• Experience developing and integrating REST and SOAP APIs.
• Ability to manage content, knowledge bases, and self-service functionalities.
• Experience optimizing AI Search and Now Mobile applications.
• Any Graduate degree.
