Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while conducting peer code reviews.
• Debug and troubleshoot defects to identify root causes and implement permanent solutions.
• Gather and refine project requirements from stakeholders and project managers.
• Mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance and support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development and deploying software solutions.
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, architecture, and modules.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CRM, and HRM suite applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration methods including REST, SOAP, Mid Servers, and Integration Hub.
• Ability to customize ServiceNow applications to align with business processes.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and business requirement analysis skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• ServiceNow certifications.
