Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of software solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem, mentoring junior developers and owning the full lifecycle from requirements to release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions for ServiceNow ITSM, CRM, and HRM modules.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while conducting peer code reviews to ensure quality standards.
• Debug and troubleshoot defects to identify root causes and implement permanent solutions.
• Gather and refine project requirements from stakeholders and project managers.
• Mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance and support on platform architecture.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development and deploying solutions.
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, architecture, and core modules.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CRM, and HRM suite applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with integration methods including REST, SOAP, Mid Servers, and Integration Hub.
• Ability to customize ServiceNow applications to align with business processes.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications.
