Description

You will lead technical planning and end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning, estimation, development, testing, and project management phases.
• Architect and deliver solutions while mentoring team members.
• Drive continual improvement of services and technical support.
• Author and present technical documentation to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Manage multiple responsibilities within agile development methodologies.

Required Skills

• Minimum 7 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Proven implementation experience in ITSM (Incident, Request, Problem, Change) using ITIL.
• Hands-on experience with ITOM Discovery (on-premises and Cloud) and Service Mapping.
• Implementation experience in ITAM for software and hardware assets.
• Proficiency with Glide API and JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience integrating external systems using REST and SOAP.
• Solid understanding of CMDB and CSDM.
• Experience with Event Management and integrating monitoring tools.
• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable major.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM Discovery, or CIS-Service Mapping.
• Experience with SAM Pro or HAM Pro.
