Description

You will lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of complex ServiceNow software systems and integrated platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead software design, coding, testing, and delivery for large-scale applications.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on ServiceNow and integrated systems, ensuring architectural compliance.
• Identify requirements gaps, risks, and mitigation strategies, recommending technology upgrades.
• Support Project Managers with technical leadership, cost estimation, and client requirement analysis.
• Mentor junior developers, ensuring code quality, deployment standards, and adherence to best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in software design and development.
• 5+ years experience in ServiceNow development or administration.
• Expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, CSM, CMDB, ITOM, SOM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and C.
• Experience with databases: SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, XML/JSON, and integration patterns.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and DevOps principles.
• Experience with Git/Bitbucket and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years tenure in previous roles.
