Description

You will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to gather, analyze, and document business processes and functional requirements.
• Design and configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, scripts, and business rules to optimize platform performance.
• Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and ITOM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Facilitate testing, user acceptance, and training sessions for end users.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform in a functional consultant or similar role.
• Hands-on experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and CSM.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, business analysis, and process design.
• Strong ability to design and configure ServiceNow workflows and platform functionalities.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and client communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certification (CSA or CIS in a specific module).
• ITIL foundation knowledge.
