Description

You will lead the technical design, implementation, and mentorship for business-critical systems on the ServiceNow platform. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical designs through collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams during project execution.
• Build and support solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including the Field Service Management application.
• Implement Service Portal, Service Catalog requests, tasks, and manage CMDB and Asset Management.
• Utilize the Automated Test Framework to ensure solution quality and maintain code integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• Extensive experience with the Field Service Management Application.
• Proficiency with App Engine and Flow Designer.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, Field Service, and Knowledge Base modules.
• Service Portal implementation expertise.
• Web front-end development skills including HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and ES5.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Rome features.
