Description

You will lead the architectural design and development of ServiceNow solutions for a US Federal Government environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and HR.
• Develop system architecture and apply core design principles to platform implementations.
• Manage IT-related data integrity, specifically focusing on CMDB, HAM, and SAM.
• Lead technical discussions and conduct code and design reviews.
• Integrate ServiceNow with common third-party technologies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD).
• Extensive experience with ITSM, ITOM (HAM and SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, and GRC.
• 5+ years of experience in system architecture and design principles.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical reviews and discussions.
• 5+ years of experience supporting data integrity for CMDB, HAM, and SAM.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience, Master's with 5+ years, or 11+ years in lieu of a degree.

Must work on-site in Woodlawn, MD, 5 days a week.
