Description

Lead ServiceNow implementation projects, owning the architecture, development, and release pipeline for CSM and ITSM solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate ServiceNow developers through full project lifecycles.
• Gather, document, and prioritize functional and technical requirements from clients.
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, specifically CSM and ITSM.
• Manage ServiceNow upgrades, ensuring existing functionality remains unaffected.
• Coordinate with the 3CLogic team for telephony integration, IVR management, and issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation projects.
• Mandatory recent experience in CSM implementation and support.
• Strong technical experience with the ServiceNow platform, specifically CSM and ITSM.
• Proven experience integrating 3CLogic telephony systems with ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in Scrum methodologies and leading team practices.
• Experience managing ServiceNow and 3CLogic license allotments.
• Ability to manage instance creation and data structure setup for new clients.
• Experience with reporting and dashboard creation in ServiceNow and 3CLogic.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
