Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for ITSM and CSM to improve business efficiency and user experience.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform for ITSM and CSM modules.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders, document baselines, and finalize high-level architecture.
• Support iterative application configuration and lead joint design sessions.
• Assist in system validation and prepare the organization for production deployment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• CSA/CAD certifications (Compulsory).
• CIS-ITSM or CIS-CSM certification (Compulsory).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ITIL practices, and customizing ServiceNow (Forms, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Workflows, UI Actions, Business Rules, Script Includes, Inbound Actions).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, Jelly, XML, HTML, and Glide.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools via SOAP/REST APIs.
• Experience in agile development environments.
