Description

Lead engineering efforts to develop and customize the ServiceNow platform. Own the release pipeline and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor other engineers on the team.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macros, and CMS.
• Manage ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Request, and Change management.
• Implement technical solutions using Business Rules, SOAP, REST, and AJAX.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external applications using Web-Services and SSO-SAML setup.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 5+ years of experience with ITSM processes.
• 5+ years of experience with Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, SOAP, and REST.
• Experience with SSO-SAML setup and application integration.
• Proficiency in customizing ServiceNow using CSS, HTML, Jelly, and Angular 1.5.
• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent professional experience.
• Experience leading other engineers.
